But with Turkey's 80,000 troops holding the Kurd territory, 170 miles inside of northern Iraq, and the US wanting elections to include the Kurds, but Turkey won't budge, what's gonna happen then? What role will Iran play in such elections? Will OBL have a candidate, or will he be shooting candidates?

Turkey likely will claim instability and keep its troops present in that area. Iran wants the northern oil fields. It's very messy and it'll be very, very time-consuming. Even Haiti hasn't got it together yet! Check recent news!!!
