A SECRET blueprint for US global domination reveals that President Bush and his cabinet were planning a premeditated attack on Iraq to secure 'regime change' even before he took power in January 2001. Actually, we discussed about a year ago how Perle, et. al., wrote up scenarios like this starting back around 1990 or so. Their work was all quite public so I feel like people who write things like this now are simply grandstanding. --fl
