huh? owning or having guns in china by private citizens is not legal. gun control works well in china. the military has guns in china. off duty police in china don't have their guns with them. that said there are lots of mobsters or gangs in china that have stolen guns or have bought illegal guns (mostly from the army guys). if china believed in a well armed citizenry, china would have a different government.
