i continue to be amazed by the fact that people will wait nearly 90 minutes to eat in an Outback steakhouse.

this guy's anlysis is stupid, btw. a wait time of 40 minutes or 60 minutes does not really effect what sales are by the end of Friday nite (now of course it would matter if there was no wait). what he needs to worry about are how these guys are doing Monday-Thursday; they're all always full on Friday.

That's funny....wait times are irrelevent. The number of people they can seat and serve at any time is a fixed variable even if the restaurant is full and people are waiting.
