Yes, the information is QCOM's responsibility. They give correct information. They give it to everyone, without preference to friendly analysts, brokers etc which happened historically. They do that partly because that's now the law.

What the buyers, sellers and recommenders do with that information is beyond QCOM's control. It's called free will. Self-determination.

You seem to be suggesting that QCOM is giving false information and that litigation against third parties is relevant to QUALCOMM. Why?
