Mr. O'Neill has had a distinguished career in the Canadian high technology sector with senior roles encompassing research, systems development and marketing. Currently Mr. O'Neill is Marketing Manager for RADARSAT International and is also Chairman of the Geomatics Industry Association of Canada. Mr. O'Neill brings to the advisory board considerable marketing knowledge and skills in the areas of information technology, product introduction and corporate communication. Hi, Stang. I haven't received my package yet, so I don't know what is included about the directors. I don't have Kevin's bio. I will ask Management to share it on the SI. I think this information was shared in a news release when Kevin was re-appointed to the Board of Advisors three years ago. My personal contact has ben most satisfactory. Kevin has responsibility for the Pyng web site. While I don't know him well, I believe him to be a pretty 'straight shooter'. I understand that he has known Michael for years. However, I do believe he will be an independent director. From investors' comments to me, I think this is the priority issue for a director. Regards, Ed
