Hi, Stang. I haven't received my package yet, so I don't know what is included about the directors. I don't have Kevin's bio. I will ask Management to share it on the SI. I think this information was shared in a news release when Kevin was re-appointed to the Board of Advisors three years ago.
My personal contact has ben most satisfactory. Kevin has responsibility for the Pyng web site. While I don't know him well, I believe him to be a pretty 'straight shooter'. I understand that he has known Michael for years. However, I do believe he will be an independent director. From investors' comments to me, I think this is the priority issue for a director.
Regards,
Ed
