Are ticket average is 30. You must have been a big drinker. My goal is to modify that price point as well as the menu. Are goal is to create a SOHO style eatery that has a good drinking component and younger demograghic. I view my competion is Houstons not Cake or outback. I am looking at centers as far away as hartford and as close as Queens NY. We are vetting locations as we speak. We are being offered 30-100ft upfront cash, mitigating my buildout costs. Are initiall budget of 3 million should get us 4 resteraunts up and running in the next 2-3 years. By the way I will be offended if you eat at my resteraunt again and dont let me know you will be there, id love to meet you.
