me too having run a resteraunt and built three, I have no tollerence for bad execution, or bad food. When I was the operating partner(I am not now) my last resteraunt was ranked # 2 by Zagats for bang for the buck and #3 in thai food ratings(it was a Thai dinner, Asian Fusion back in 96 before it was so che-che). There is no excuse when someone cant make a good piece of Salmon or Tuna. My pet peave with Outback and Houstons is they over Paprika EVERYTHING. The shrimp at outback is unedible, and the steaks are better at TAD's.
