Chirac is sounding positively Napoleonic. The Germans are getting stroppy again too. They do that every few decades and after the last world-champion effort, they needed quite a breather. Now they are gearing up again. Shove Gerhard Schroeder firmly back in his box before he, or subsequent alpha males, get silly ideas again. We want him thinking inside the box, not outside it. There are too many people on this planet thinking outside the box. Mqurice PS: Schroeder needs a Schroedinger Box - as long as he stays in the box, he's alive and doing fine, as far as we know or care. It's only when he gets out of the box that we know whether he's alive or dead, good or evil, a dangerous tiger or happy pussy cat.
