STANG,I did discuss the preferreds. My understanding is that the preferreds are authorized by the Exchange. For any preferreds to be issued, permission from the regulators is required. It may be that some time in the future, Pyng does seek investment from investors looking for income. I doubt that this will be an issue for a long time. However, that option would be open to the company, if it were deemed to be appropriate. Preferreds, in my experience, are not often issued by micro-cap companies. Hope that helps. Regards, Ed
