What's the upside target on the S&P? Short gold? Crude oil is tough to call, uncertain if the oil fields will be blown up. I lean toward a huge drop in crude oil. I expect considerable number of defections from day 1 and the 75% of the oil fields will not be damaged, or minor damage. House arrest of the defense minister is a tell-tale sign that the military may not put up a fight. I think the Iraqis are pragmatists and enjoy life than the narrow minded militant moslems.
