What do you mean "his job is defending."

Which of those words didn't you understand? Law firms assign their attorneys to specialites and Marcu's is white-collar defense. Is this too difficult a concept for you?

He did go after Asensio.

Not shown. REFR could have used any of a million other attorneys in the country.

Why don't you see any of Asensio's PRs on the newswires any more?

Because it was a battle Asensio realized he didn't need to fight.

Asensio knows that REFR will not be aided by the absence of his releases on the newswires.

Asensio knows that REFR will not gain any advantage from their unsupported accusation of extortion.

And Asensio also knows that REFR will not be helped in any way by the existence of asensioexposed.com.

Therefore, fighting those battles is a waste of time. Much as debating with you is a waste of time, but one I can afford somewhat better than Asensio. Asensio has had his say on the above issues and has moved on to other things, even as his short position in REFR grows more profitable every month. What else is left to say?
