February 19 pre-open: INDU 8250, NDX 1050 would be objective targets (downtrend line) on this countertrend bounce.........we could chop and slop our way up there to relieve oversold conditions before turning back over. Many stocks are merely reacting to recent SELL signals and bouncing back to resis zones like CTSH.....pretty much the norm for the current market dynamics. thresholdtrading.com
