Interestingly enough many think that not holding onto their stocks is going against history, or some such thing. In reality, the opposite is probably closer to the truth, as if it mattered. One can't consider Mq a die hard bull since he has the wherewithall to avoid the fate of George Gilder at least. Of coures Gilders belief system [or religion if you will] was based on less than [although it included] Mq's belief system... a patent. Gilder actually believed that since railroads were shoving unheard of quantities of information and goods along at hithertoo unheard of speeds, somehow an the entire paradigm of life on earth had changed.... and changed by a factor relative to those speeds. Had he actually had the idea about railroads instead of bits of information, he may have been actually closer to the truth... close [in this case] doesn't even count in horseshoes OR handgrenades. Sadly, if things degrade far enough something a little stronger may be used by Shrubs and Co. to attempt to reach this imagined nirvana. Meanwhile, the internet IS cool... but not as cool as sitting out back listening to the wind and birds. Not as cool as driving my kids in an actual car, to an actual school, to play with real kids, invite them over for a real playdate, have real lunch, and watch my son make his first real basket [swish!] out in the real backyard.
