Albert, do you realistically think the US is going to help the future children of Iraq any more than it helped the children of South and Latin America over the past several decades? If you don't think I have a point, please do review the below Georgraphy IQ site, and check out the ranking of South and Latin American countries. And if you really wanna scratch your head in puzzle, compare the rankings of those nations with, say, Cuba, which hasn't had the benefit of US developmental assistance. geographyiq.com
