Brian says that "Seems like these futures rallies are fooling less and less people"

Well,

for the shorts, the vicious rallies that keep going higher without a retrace has forced many to be very hesitant to short in greater amounts

for the longs, this bear market for last 3 years has killed those being long.

So, what's left?

Just Greenie, his PPT team, and us daytraders. Joe and Jane Public aren't playing anymore.

After all, when you lose 50-80% of your portfolio, any money you make goes towards retirement and basic necessities, NOT to investing in stocks of companies that continually take 100B "one-time" charges, a la AOL.
