I used to work down along the river where it might be 95 degrees and 95% humidity. A trick I used was to freeze a gallon milk jug full of water and another one 1/2 full that I'd fill just before leaving. That gave me plenty of cold water and enough to get my cap wet and cold a few times during the day.
