Most public corporations trade their share certificates on the exchange in $US however, making your transfer medium assertion false. <The same value that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company if you write yourself a check for $10M and accidently run it through the whites wash cycle at the laundromat in your pants pocket.> I do agree that if the stock grant is lost in the wash there is no expense. :) DAK
