Spend ten minutes at the Mauna Key Resort craps table and then decide if a dice roll is a great idea. That's OK, Condor. This is the most serious issue we face. If we don't do what I suggest, (and it is being seriously considered in Washington;) the failure to "Roll the Dice" could mean the end of NYC or DC. So I expected some "Cheap Shots" from the "Anti-War" crowd. Just don't want to dicuss the serious matters realistically.
