We are not going to Iraq to be in the democracy business -- we are going to to Iraq to use our military capability to dominate every place in the world where we can make money or where we have a military competitor. We have done a remarkable job of alienating the rest of the world. Our troops will be asked to leave Japan. Our troops will be asked to leave Saudi Arabia. Our troops will be asked to leave South Korea. Our troops will be asked to leave Germany. Our troops will be asked to leave every country where we have troops unless we can force the country to accept those troops. We will not be welcome anywhere in the world. In the meantime -- pathetic apologists for Bush will insist that we are welcome everywhere as "liberators" and that we only go where we are invited -- and even then, only to spread our superior government and our superior values.

Our troops will be in Iraq ten years from now
>> I agree whole-heartedly. That's a good thing. <<

i find it interesting that you and buschman seem to favor deploying american troops to the four corners of the globe, yet you aren't in favor of putting them on our very own border where they are needed most. shows how hypocritical both of you pinkos are. william and rdb are in favor of putting american troops anywhere and everywhere except where they are needed most! bill and buschman are willing to defend the borders of kosovo, korea, and kuwait, but not the united states!
