S2, great article! It brought to mind what a friend of mine, who is in the foreign service, shared with me last week. The younger generation 20-30 year olds in Iran are very interested in the "liberation" of Iraq by the US. They will take that as a signal to overthrow the Iatollas. Most of the older men 45-70 were killed in the war with Iraq leaving young men and women who are not as interested in fundamentalist ways...more interested in the "capitalist ways" Interesting.
