That's amusing, Boz, but only because I have time today to spend time on this crazy discussion. If the alleged monopoly is broken up and NOT taken over the state, it will be run by capitalist competitors, which it already is, anyway....and perhaps you've seen how well that works for the consumer in the telephone service business. Don't know about your phone bills, but mine have gone through the roof in terms of rising cost.

If you think the real estate business is not competitive, then you must not know much about the real estate industry in general.
