You can rent Bobcats for the weekend for $200 comes with one additional attachment + $50 delivery, Bobcat Excavators like a 337, $500/weekend unlimited hours. I just reserved a 580 Case loader backhoe 4X4 for $275 for the weekend limited to 20 hours. I plan on clearing all the snow from my lot in a couple weeks. I also put a CAT 311 excavator on reservation for all of April, I have a friend who needs it for the last two weeks and I will use it the first two weeks. Cost is $3300 for the month, ~$250 everytime you have to move it.

I had quotes for $30-35K to clear my lot, put in a septic (I had the design done) cut in a driveway, and dig the cellar hole. I am going to do it for around $10K this includes additional work, such as underground utilities and some drainage work...
