Can I get the original; text of that? I have a garden that needs fertilizing.

I am a career employee of the federal government in Washington, D.C.
Can you spell "mutual admiration society". OF COURSE he thinks gov't types are the saviors of mankind. Otherwise he'd have to admit he's a paper shuffler.

So you think private individuals not in gov't employment didn't build this country? Who did then? Did LBJ start Walmart? Did the head of the FDA start Pfizer? The director of FERC started General Electric, right?

If not private individuals working for their own best interests in private enterprises, then who did?

I understand you bemoan the fact that someone outside of gov't has some power in this country. Socialists HATE that.

But it's what made this country great.

I was doing OK with that till the 9/11 conspiracy came up. I know there are glaring inconsistencies relative to our governments role pre- during- and post-9/11, and I am curious why we're not seeing much movement from an investigative commission. But, for now, I'll withhold judgment on that with a lean to the unlikely side.

It's hard to fathom anyone would do that to America, outside of someone with a very strong hatred towards America. Besides, there are numerous good reasons why rebellion exists throughout the world and, if you think about it, it was merely a matter of time before America would experience the kinds of tragedies ongoing near daily throughout the whole world.

Regarding the "Political Crime Syndicate," I've been a very strong advocate of drug legalization since the mid-80s. And I guess it has something to do with that plane that crashed in Colombia that was contracted by the government from a Delaware company called One Leasing, Inc. One Leasing? Who could that be? And why? What else is One Leasing doing? Who owns it? Etc.!

Yes, I think it's possible to cure a dozen or more of society's major ills were the drug problem approached from a harm reduction, medical-based model instead of criminal-based, keep people down approach. Heck, we can't even keep drugs out of prisons never mind a free society! The Drug War's been nothing but a free ticket ride for every politican wanting election and who also had a base party support.

It's also my belief that a free flow of drugs in our society keeps a lot of folks from not participating in the political system. Is anyone aware of any study that shows how many people who don't vote also are involved in drugs? I'd love to see the research on that one. Of course, the less people voting the easier it becomes to control and manipulate the pool of those who do vote. Believe me, the demographics are easy once you know who is likely to show at the polls, together with who you can get to the polls.

Indeed, drug trafficking is married to arms trafficking. If you're gonna have a friendly dictator, you can't above-board deliver the bad goods (weaponry) the regime so it can repress its people, or the bad goods needed to change a regime should it become inconvenient. The trade-off in drug and arms routes is very convenient for wealth-creation, power and control of people.

As to how the money flows? Well, er, I guess we all wish we could print our own--lol! My baseball coach was my math teacher and I always got an automatic C-grade, so I'll leave that aspect to someone more able than I am.

All in all, it was an interesting perspective to read. Thanks for posting that.
