Boz, your very mention of RIN (Real Estate Information Network) makes me laugh. I recall receiving a personal call from the RIN people while I was in my former broker's office one day MANY years ago, in which they were trying to sell me into paying for access to the RIN system.

It got superceded almost immediately by the advent of personal computers, and I was no longer working in my broker's office, but out of my own home on my very own personal computer, with access to all the real estate information needed to do my job.

How old is the reference to RIN, which you are using in your post?
