"Feckless" thats the word for it. Mike Feckless is the polite word for it. Michael, Bush has established a new doctrine and ended the Cold War doctrine. It is not at all suprising that the world is up in arms. Human beings don't like change, their worldviews are tied up in the old order. The onus is on Bush to both sell his doctrine AND demonstrate that he is serious about the doctrine AND that the doctrine is good for the world. You wanna re-order the world, you gotta do some evangilism. It will take results to generate real trust for the Bush doctrine. Paul
