Its a well known fact that our incarceration rate is high mainly due to the crackdown on drugs. When we switched the focus from dealers to users drug arrests SOARED. Personally, I think we should come up with something different for small time users not proven to be dealers. My nephew, a VERY bright young man, had a problem mainly with alcohol, but I suspect he was no virgin to drugs like marijuana. He wrecked 3 cars in a couple years. FINALLY a judge got PISSED OFF and took his drivers license for 5 years, made him go to AA and some other rehab program AT HIS COST. 5 years of riding a bicycle was enough for him, he's now a productive member of society. jdn

But remember...every other night is your night in the barrel in the places YOU would hang out. PS: I have never been to jail in my life...lived here ALL my life...funny...obey the law...stay out of jail.. PPS: If you decide to come, you can stop at any Walmart and buy you a weapon if you need one.
