If the money spent by the provisional government is spent for the benefit of Iraq then the only ones who will see it as the Americans stealing Iraqi money are those who would see it that way no matter what we did. But we will spend US money as well. We are planning to spend Iraqi money. C. Rice wants the US spigot cut off within 18 months.......that's why they are so worried that Saddam will bomb the oil fields and have made plans to secure them first. And the worst part about it is that even some of our coalition partners think we are going in because we want the oil. Don't you love it.......since we they're blaming us anyways, we might as well steal the oil in order to pay down the national debt...... And where have you been? Slacking off again........<g> ted
