Ernest,
right now it'S valuation is even more compelling. Their book value is between $1 and $2.30 (sorry for the wide range) without any goodwill. They are trading at Price/Book of 0.10 to 0.20. The 10K will be due out March 31st. By then we will know the exact numbers. EBITDA loss has been reduced to 800k per month recently. But MPOW has instituted further employee cuts, so breakeven is very close ahead.. Share price action is actually not quite believable. Maybe related to the FCC decision tomorrow. However MPOW is UNE-L (Loop) and not UNE-P. If the FCC keeps UNE-P in place nothing changed. IF they foreclose the UNE-P route, MPOW's worth to any UNE-P CLEC (like ZTEL or TALK) would be very much positively affected by the decision. For the viability of Mpower's business model the FCC decision is a non-issue.
