So I hope you understand if I fail to be impressed by your credentials. If politics is a subject dear to your heart, that's fine by me, but I'm not going to defer to your opinion just because of your so-called "qualifications." I wasn't try to impress you with my credentials but rather I was responding to your suggestion that I come from a place of arrogance and that I really didn't know what I was talking about. In fact, part of my educational background is in this area and I do have a lot info on the subject of democracy. And the only reason you think I am arrogant is because I don't agree with your views in general, and more specifically, your view that we know what's best for the Iraqis. However, I never would expect you to defer to me nor do I think you will ever see my point of view. ted
