I don't think anybody knows what to do about North Korea. Yesterday they were bragging that they would win any nuclear war with the US. I didn't post the link because it didn't seem to add much of value to any discussion. They're whacked out and incomprehensible.

I have a similar thought about the South Koreans. Why did they build their biggest city just outside the DMZ? And if the answer is that the city was there first, why is the DMZ just outside the biggest city?
