THe land that the baseball stadium was built on was conviscated by condemning it............tricky way to get private landowners to pony up their property cheaply. Molly Ivins stated that in her book called " Shrub". Bush also got many times his share of the money from the sale of the Rangers..................wonder why ? Lot's of political pull always gets the fish!! My son went to Ranger's games and sat in his employer's box on many occasions. He always saw Daddy Bush there in the Enron box........................of course Bush and Lay weren't friends and hardly knew each other.
