Message 18608374 A19: We played last night at the Lake Forest Club -- up in Lake Forest, IL (one of the wealthiest suburbs on the north shore of Chicago)...Their idea of 'a club house' was the size of a ski loge <G> -- besides having 4 newly resurfaced courts it had decorator couches, big screen TVs, a bar with granite counter tops...Let me tell you this was very different than all the other paddle club houses I have been in...They did have ESPN2 on and I saw that the America's Cup race was post-poned. regards, -s2
