False. The UN officials in charge of the oil-for-food program have consistently refuted this propaganda.

Thomas is correct. Do the research. Your comment is similar to what used to go around quite popularly a couple of months ago, especially on FoxNews and AM radio: "he kicked the inspectors out..."

Bald Eagle a question to you: Do you think the governmnet is both capable and apt to use: a) public relations; b) disinformation; and, c) straw arguments in order to make its case?
