OK, so like .. what audit line item includes all those revenues from the licensing of the FSTW technology as the front end to Sage TimeSlips? How many of those 1 million potential users ever used the product?

Now that FSTW has a brand new $900,000 .NET based product, is FSTW obligated to provide access to Sage?

Interesting stuff.

Shoot ... I forgot to bold the following comment in that interview:

"The ASP market is going to be ours"

Any day now?

Aw, c'mon guys ... this isn't any fun unless you play along.

I gave you all some perfectly good hints.

From the 11/13/2000 interview in the post I'm responding to:
"more than 1,000 customers"

From a 11/16/2000 Press Release (and several other PRs):
"Firstwave, with over 16 years of experience in relationship management, is working with over 20,000 installed users at 200 companies in more than 20 countries."

Now, how does that compute?

How did FSTW lose 800 customers in 3 days?

Maybe RTB meant to say that FSTW had an accumulated total of over 1,000 customers. But, they now have 200 (but they quit reporting the number in PRs, so maybe they have fewer).

That means that FSTW has a sickly 20% retention rate. Or, to say it a little less politely, they've lost 80% of their customers. That's not a very good track record for a company that prides itself in being "The Relationship Company".
