Yes maybe so, with The Independent in the center and The Times and The Daily Telegraph to the right of the political spectrum. However, whatever your political persuasion the broad sheets do provide an informed commentary regardless of their political leaning. To read an editorial in The Sun or in The Mirror is like reading Jack and Jill all over again.

However, their editorials with regard to France are worth the price of these tabloids. It's not too many places where you read an editorial that refers to the French as "smelly frogs".
