if you are from california how do you know all this bobcat stuff!

I couldn't figure out what people were talking about and had to look it up on the web. Mighty expensive too, for what you get. It almost seems like you could modify some old piece of military equipment (a tank?) for cheaper. Then you'd need a license to drive a tank though!

David, it does not "require" a license to operate a bobcat or any other equipment if the homeowner does it themselves. I have checked with my homeowners (Travelers) and they are OK as long as I am running it. I buy the extra renters insurance just incase something on the machine lets go.
