What is a small and what is a large company? Will that not so subtle distinction be influenced by special-interest groups? Corporations will be able to lobby the desicionmakers as they are able to lobby any other underpaid agent?

This market was liquidity driven and this is another nail in the coffin. The crowd will move to other, less regulated markets.

To Fans of La Machine: "It" gives first signal since 1/29/03: a weak cover shorts & be net long for Monday. Me thinks it does not last much longer...Any high beta names u like that have a fair amount of short interest?
