Teevee / Pipeline Contract

That's a keen question. I really don't have any real insight but, I think your thinking is reasonable. Location and cost of transporting pipe must be a major factor. I wonder who gets most of the TransCanada's contracts now. Also, it is quite possible there may be more than one contract.

Aren't there any major pipe mfg. operations in Alberta. Only logical that there is. I have no idea.

I also wonder if companies like Badger Daylighting get contracts related to a large project like this. There definitely will be companies prospering who are involved with construction of the pipeline.
