You may be correct kumar if it was really broad based as I suspect it was.You can see the jump in volume in the SP 500 days before 9/11 also.Sure seems like someone new.

Shorting stocks is legitimate market activity. Insider Trading is not. That will be hard to prove, is my guess.

I'm not out there to prosecute them.. I want to identify the "money trail" and who stood to profit most from 9/11.. Then those financial transactions can be traced back to the financiers who have backed Al-Qaeda, or may have held advance knowledge of 9/11..

Then it's up to our government to decide whether they can be declared as combatants and thus legitimate targets..
