Not when the chief inspectors report back to the council that Iraq is not in non-compliance, which is precisely what Blix said in his last report. Blix reported there was, read carefully Lazarus, no non-compliance on the part of Iraq, at the time he delivered his report.

And that's where the record stands, Laz. Accept it, 'cause it's true!

Just 'cause you want this war so badly doesn't mean you have to misinterpret UN 1441.
