Oral, UFB. And then there is the nice research still being done on Wall Street.

SNDK, AGR.A, ISIL, MRVL, MXIM, SMTC, XLNX all get upgraded to buy this morning. AMCC, ADI, BRCM, INTC, PMCS, VTSS get upgrades to neutral.

And the SEC is telling ESRX and ADVP to start using more aggressive accounting that can mislead on total sales.

More pushing on a string..that margin increase requirement for comex gold stunk like hell too.

Though i wonder if the elimination of naked shorting will effect offshore accts?

Regulators are less concerned about short-selling in the most liquid stocks and may even consider loosening the rules for large companies.
