Hi Darfot, Visualize ... Employees told to go home on Friday with a single thought in mind, 'come back Monday morning, hand in a number that is the lowest compensation you are willing to accept to stay on your job'. The highest salary in a group of co-workers does not mean automatic layoff and the lowest does not mean you get to keep the job. These games can swipe around 18% off payroll in a single round. Capitalism, in its pure form, cannot be matched for flexibility. I think there is more to go, because across the border are millions of smart folks willing to do more for less. Scary.
