it.sohu.com not really meaningful figures on China Mobile because I am not sure how many subs are not in the listed part of Mobile. Anyway, as of end of Jan, Mobile has 119,777,000 subs of which 49,214,000 are contract subs and 70,563,000 are pre paids. Net adds for Jan was 2,101,000, slightly more than the 2,066,000 in Dec. Contract adds were 190k while prepaids were 1,911,000. ========================= As we all know, Unicom cdma is planning on but has yet introduced prepaid plans yet. Looks like they have yet to go after the masses.
