Roy,

I've pretty much been out of touch with XYBR and have a few shares left. I know Truthie will bash based on his perceived historical slights. You seem to have a handle on the positive arguments. I wonder if you could address some of the recent corporate actions.

Specifically, JM leaving doesn't seem good. Is there a positive spin?

I know there was some re-working of perks, Newman stock, etc. Can you explain or put it in perspective? The Newmans have to realize that the stock will never move appreciably higher unless they are willing to buy back significantly. They sold enough at high prices to make this easy for them if they really believe in the future of their company.

Any other thoughts on the capital structure would be appreciated.

Thanks
