Hmmm ... it appears that the website kinda' does have the Q4 10-Q. It's filed under "Financial Information" along with other Q's. But, it's not also filed under "SEC Filings" with the other 10-Q's for 2002. Somebody goofed when they updated the site. Anybody at FSTW ever hear of quality control? Maybe the new COO?

Speaking of quality control ...

Check out the heading for the "Consolidated Income Statement" that you can find under "Financial Information".

2001 4rd Quarter
2002 4rd Quarter

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy.

Well, at least they're consistent. Consistency is a good thing, right?

Here's an interesting factoid ...

Judi Vitale said in the Conference Call that there were revenue increases "across the board" compared to 2001.

I don't know what she considers "across the board", but I consider all sources of revenue to be included in "across the board". And, that includes maintenance revenues.

2002 maintenance revenues decreased by $956,000 from 2001.

Interestingly enough, that's more than the cost of the $900,000 .NET framework that they licensed.
