Besides taking pleasure at the plight our enemy, the crazed Iranians, we winked at Saddam a lot while professing strict neutrality. The CIA also secretly traded some ground munitions for an Iraqi intelligence report about Iran in 1985.

All other accusations from enemies of the administration have been debunked, as far as I know.
