Ram, I think this would be a good move. I've long thought that shorting rules should be tightened some when it comes to small company stocks, or stocks that trade at very low levels. I think heavy shorting has driven many small stocks to be de-listed from their indexes in the past few years, which has hurt a lot of investors.
