If I sent anything to Rove it would be about by anger at this mess the "Homeland" department is creating. What a mess! The more the Director opens his mouth, the worse it gets. The only good thing that came out of the creation of that department was the employees removal from Civil Service protection. Perhaps they can now fire some of the people they have warehoused in "Turkey Farms" where, at least, they can do the least damage.
