Russ, The energybull in the large cap e&p's continues! The industry leader, APA broke a 2year high with ease and is within spitting distance of it's ath. PPP had a 5x nl volume day recently, and EOG volume was 2x normal today. These large volume days I interpret as both an sign of significant new buying interest and also the absorption of a group of sellers weighing down e&p. I find it overwhelmingly reassuring that all of this is happening with only scant media coverage.

BR bounced touched it's 50dma for all of a few hours (just to be polite) and is also right at a 1year high. Of all the largecaps, only NBL remains sleepy - APC woke up with vigor as well.

This bull will soon spill over to the mid/small caps, which IMO offer the potential for biggest gains trough to peak. Co's such as crk, chk, peng which have been in consolidation over the past few months are poised to resume their bullishness. Other laggers will join soon, as will the osx.

In the first leg up, where the greatest profits are made, I suspect a pullback will be hard to find. I wouldn't be surprised if the OSX went from 85 to 120 without taking a breath. (Que, how's that for bullish?)

Josh.
